Le SDIS prévoit un nouveau centre d’incendie et de secours à Nesle, accueillant 13 sapeurs-pompiers et regroupant administration, détente, hébergement, formation et locaux opérationnels.
Implanté au centre d’une parcelle de 6800 m², le bâtiment libère des zones pour futures extensions ainsi qu’une cour de manoeuvre et des parkings. Il distingue une partie Ouest pour les services et une partie Est pour remises et stockages, reliées par le bureau opérationnel avec
de grandes baies vitrées. La structure poteau-poutre flexible (béton à l’Ouest, métal à l’Est) est enveloppée de panneaux métalliques isolés. La toiture uniforme intègre lanterneaux et puits de lumière pour éclairage et ventilation naturelle.
Le projet allie efficacité opérationnelle, qualité architecturale et paysagère, anticipation des évolutions futures et démarche environnementale.
The Departmental Fire and Rescue Service (SDIS) is planning a new fire and rescue station in Nesle, accommodating 13 firefighters and bringing together administrative, leisure, accommodation, training, and operational facilities under one roof.
Located at the center of a 6,800 m² site, the building allows for future extensions, as well as maneuvering and parking areas. It is organized with the western wing dedicated to service spaces and the eastern wing to vehicle bays and storage areas, connected by the operational office featuring large glazed openings.
The flexible post-and-beam structure (concrete in the west, steel in the east) is clad with insulated metal panels. The uniform roof incorporates skylights and light wells to provide natural lighting and ventilation.
The project combines operational efficiency, architectural and landscape quality, foresight for future developments, and a strong environmental approach.
